Ever crave CAVA but want to skip the takeout and impress your friends instead? Say less. Hosting a CAVA at Homedinner party is not only easier than you think—but also way more fun (and customizable!). You get all the vibrant flavors, fresh toppings, and saucy goodness without leaving your kitchen.
Whether you’re gathering a few friends for a casual Friday night or hosting a sunny weekend lunch, this build-your-own bowl party is a vibe. Here’s how to pull it off—complete with fresh salads, fluffy pita, creamy garlic tahini sauce, and a chocolatey Dubai-inspired treat to finish.
This tangy-crunchy slaw adds the perfect texture and pop of color to your bowls. It’s super simple and brightens everything up.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
Toss everything in a bowl and let it sit for at least 10 minutes so the veggies soak up the flavors.
This one is herby, lemony, and packed with juicy crunch. The sumac adds a citrusy punch that takes it over the top.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
Mix everything together and let it marinate while you prep the rest. The longer it sits, the better it gets.
A dreamy sauce situation. Drizzle it over everything or use it as a dip for your pita.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
Whisk or blend everything together until smooth. Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or garlic to your liking.
Okay technically it’s four ingredients, but it’s still ridiculously easy. These pillowy flatbreads are perfect for scooping or sandwiching all your fixings.

This dessert is luxe but SO simple. Think: the viral date bark, but upgraded with pistachios, tahini, and flaky sea salt for those Middle Eastern vibes.

Can you switch Greek yogurt with something else for the pita recipe as my husband is vegan?
Hi Latika, Sorry unfortunately I have not experimented making pita without the Greek yogurt yet, but I’m sure theres recipes out there using yeast that you can try.
