Ingredients
- Pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
- 2 large tomatoes- diced
- 1 small onion – finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- 6–10 basil leaves – finely chopped
- Balsamic glaze
- 1/3 cup basil
- 3 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 380F. On a lightly floured surface, push the dough out until it’s thin (about a 10-12 inch circle). Transfer the dough to a baking sheet. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil.
- Spread the pesto and Calabrian chili paste onto the dough and sprinkle the mozzarella.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- In a bowl mix the diced tomatoes, onions basil, salt + pepper and a good drizzle of olive oil. Set aside until ready to use.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with the bruschetta mix. Drizzle some balsamic glaze and enjoy!
