Hi – How many servings is this supposed to be? Two chicken breasts can vary wildly in weight so how much chicken is this? Thanks!
Hey!So typically I would say 1.5 pounds since the recipe does call to cut up the chicken in smaller pieces. I would say 1 large chicken breast or 2 small/medium size.
Wow! The chicken was so tender and juicy and the sauce was amazing! I didn’t use all the sriracha sauce because I didn’t want it to be too spicy but next time I will.

I had a friend staying with us following surgery. He told me that he loved going to eat Chinese, and that chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce was his favorite, I made this for dinner last night and everyone raved about it. What a great recipe.

Hi Lori, Thank you so much for sharing and how sweet of you to make your friend a delicious meal!! So happy everyone loved it!
Making this tonight! I’m assuming you just cook the chicken in the marinade before you add brown sauce? If not, I’ll let you know hoe it was!
His, you can either or but I like cooking the chicken first 🙂
