Boil the ramen accordingly to directions on back of package. Drain and set aside.
In a wok or pan, heat up toasted sesame seed oil and add the mushrooms and scallions. Cook for 2-4 mins on medium low heat and add in the garlic.
Cook for 30 seconds and add in the cooked noodles and sauce. Combine everything together and and serve!
