Roasted Jalapeño Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 23 large Jalapeño’s – finely minced
  • 12 serrano peppers (optional for extra heat)
  • 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion – finely minced
  • 2 tbsp chives – finely minced
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Lay out jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through until blistered and charred on all sides. Finely mince once there cooled down a bit.
  2. In a bowl, combine finely minced, jalapeños, onions, chives, hot honey, cream cheese and salt + pepper.
  3. Mix everything until it’s well combined. Spread on your toasted bagel and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store cream cheese in air tight container in fridge, will last 2 weeks.
