- 2–3 large Jalapeño’s – finely minced
- 1–2 serrano peppers (optional for extra heat)
- 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 small red onion – finely minced
- 2 tbsp chives – finely minced
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Lay out jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through until blistered and charred on all sides. Finely mince once there cooled down a bit.
- In a bowl, combine finely minced, jalapeños, onions, chives, hot honey, cream cheese and salt + pepper.
- Mix everything until it’s well combined. Spread on your toasted bagel and enjoy!
Notes
- Store cream cheese in air tight container in fridge, will last 2 weeks.
