Ingredients

- 5–6 peaches – cut into small pieces
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 cups water
- 4 – Lipton green tea bags
- 2–3 sprigs of mint (10–15 mint leaves)
Instructions
- In a large pot over med heat, add the diced peaches and cook for 2-3 mins until the peaches release some of its juices.
- Next add in the sugar and mash everything down with a potato masher or fork until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the water and mint. Mix everything and bring a low simmer, once the mixture comes to a low simmer, turn off the stove and add the tea bags. Cover the pot with a lid and let the tea steep for 4-7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, and strain the tea into a pitcher and let it cool down to room temperature. Pour over ice and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use frozen peaches, but please let the peaches thaw out completely before adding them to the pot.
- You can replace sugar with honey or agave.
