In a large pot over med heat, add the diced peaches and cook for 2-3 mins until the peaches release some of its juices.
Next add in the sugar and mash everything down with a potato masher or fork until sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the water and mint. Mix everything and bring a low simmer, once the mixture comes to a low simmer, turn off the stove and add the tea bags. Cover the pot with a lid and let the tea steep for 4-7 minutes.
Remove tea bags, and strain the tea into a pitcher and let it cool down to room temperature. Pour over ice and enjoy!

You can use frozen peaches, but please let the peaches thaw out completely before adding them to the pot.
You can replace sugar with honey or agave.
