Crispy Chickpea Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14oz chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp each of the follow seasonings:
  • Italian seasoning
  • Taco seasonings
  • Smoked paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and rise the chickpeas, transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add all the spices and olive oil to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 35-40 mins.
  4. Add chickpeas to your salad and enjoy!

Notes

  • Once the chickpeas baked, cool them down and store in an air tight container.
  • Store these chick peas in a cool area, they will last up to 4 days.
