- 1 can 14oz chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp each of the follow seasonings:
- Italian seasoning
- Taco seasonings
- Smoked paprika
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Drain and rise the chickpeas, transfer to a bowl.
- Add all the spices and olive oil to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 35-40 mins.
- Add chickpeas to your salad and enjoy!
Notes
- Once the chickpeas baked, cool them down and store in an air tight container.
- Store these chick peas in a cool area, they will last up to 4 days.
