If you love Domino’s cheesy bread I’m 1000% you’ll love this! From the homemade garlic butter and the cheesy goodness that’s locked in-between the soft fluffy dough, this cheesy bread is made of dreams! I added herbs into the cheese mixture to give it some flavor and of course the garlic butte is what tops everything off! I personally love dipping the bread into the garlic butter but of course you can use marinara as well. I promise you, that this will be the only cheesy bread you’ll ever make, eat or maybe devour, ever again!
The best part about this recipe is, you can use store bought pizza dough! I know many local pizza restaurants always sell their pizza dough and many times they have GF pizza dough as well. So if you’re not up for making homemade pizza dough just know you can totally skip that part and still be able to have the best cheesy bread!

Pre heat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Garlic Butter
In a bowl combine all the ingredients that are listed under “garlic butter” and set aside.
Cheesy Bread
In a bowl combine the mozzarella + colby jack cheese with the garlic powder and dried parsley.
Roll out pizza dough into a 12 inch circle and 1/4 inch thick. Brush the garlic butter on one side of the dough, next sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese mixture onto one side of the dough and fold the other side of the dough over the cheese and seal the edges together by crimping with your fingers.
Without cutting all of the way through, slice the top into 6-8 pieces so that it makes it easy to pull the cheesy bread apart.
Brush the garlic butter on top, sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake at 400°F for 15-20mins until the dough is fully cooked and cheese and nice and bubbly. Enjoy with marinara or remaining garlic butter!
Notes
Do not use pre shredded cheese, its not the same and won’t be the same, take the time and grate the cheese, TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT!
