Harissa Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup tahini
- ⅓ cup harissa I used Trader Joes harissa
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt + pepper each
Additional Cava Bowl Toppings
- Mixed greens
- Brown rice
- Hummus
- pickled red onions
Cucumber Tomato salad
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 large tomato diced
- ½ lemon juice of lemon
Instructions
Harissa Vinaigrette

In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth consistency. Store in airtight container in the fridge.
Cucumber Tomato salad

In a bowl, mix together the diced cucumbers and tomatoes along with the juice of half a lemon, mix until well combined, store in airtight container until ready to use.
Notes
For this recipe I added a couple of essentials things into my bowl, such as my
Yellow rice or you can use brown rice of choice
I did purchase Cava hummus from whole foods for this recipe.
