Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge over night or at least 6 hrs prior to using for the recipe.
In a blender or stand mixer add the heavy whipping cream, beat cold heavy whipping cream on medium until stiff peaks form.
Next add the in the cold sweetened condensed milk, milk, saffron and cardamon, to the whipped cream. Now turn the speed back up and mix everything until stiff peaks form.
Transfer half the mixture into bread loaf pan add some gulab jamun, and layer again with the gelato mixture and more gulag jamun on top. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight before eating. Enjoy!
