In a bowl, mix the oil, yogurt and spices together until well combined and you have a nice paste like consistency. Next add the paneer and toss everything gently making sure each paneer piece is covered in the mixture.
Heat up a hot skillet or cast iron pan on med/high heat. Drizzle some oil and carefully add the paneer to the pan. Do not over crowd, cook in 2 batches if needed. Cook the paneer until golden brown.
Next cook the paratha and start assembling. Place the Partha on a plate, spread some green chutney and add some paneer. Next layer with sliced onions and chopped cilantro, drizzle it with some white sauce and roll the Paratha, cut in half and enjoy!
