Spicy Avocado Hash Brown Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 hashbrowns thawed
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno finely diced
  • ¼ onion finely diced
  • salt + pepper
  • hot honey
  • hot chili oil

Instructions

  • Start off by boiling your egg and air fryer your hash brown, while that cooking make the avocado mixture.
  • In a bowl add avocado, salt + pepper, diced jalapeños and onions. I also added cilantro because I had some on hand. Combine everything together until it's fully mixed.

Assemble

  • Place the toasted hash browns on a plate and split the avocado mixture in half and add it to the top of each hashbrown. Next grate the 1 boiled egg per hash brown on top of the avocado mixture, drizzle some hot chili oil and hot honey. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I boil my eggs the night before so it saves me time the morning of. 
  • Air fry the hash brown at 400F for 10 mins.
