Ingredients
2hashbrownsthawed
1avocado
2boiled egg
1tbspjalapeno finely diced
¼onionfinely diced
salt + pepper
hot honey
hot chili oil
Instructions
Start off by boiling your egg and air fryer your hash brown, while that cooking make the avocado mixture.
In a bowl add avocado, salt + pepper, diced jalapeños and onions. I also added cilantro because I had some on hand. Combine everything together until it's fully mixed.
Assemble
Place the toasted hash browns on a plate and split the avocado mixture in half and add it to the top of each hashbrown. Next grate the 1 boiled egg per hash brown on top of the avocado mixture, drizzle some hot chili oil and hot honey. Enjoy!
Notes
I boil my eggs the night before so it saves me time the morning of.
