Ingredients

  • 1 Large red onion sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup applecider vinegar
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan, add the water, apple cider vinegar, salt & black pepper corns. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Add sliced red onions to a mason jar.
  • Pour the mixture into the jar and mix it around until all the onions are coated in the mixture.
  • Let this sit for 30mins before using and store in the fridge after using.
