Ingredients

red onion
sliced

applecider vinegar

black peppercorns

Instructions
In a small sauce pan, add the water, apple cider vinegar, salt & black pepper corns. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add sliced red onions to a mason jar.
Pour the mixture into the jar and mix it around until all the onions are coated in the mixture.
Let this sit for 30mins before using and store in the fridge after using.
