Ingredients
1package Trader Joe's Thai veggie dumplings I only used half of the bag
1clove garlic minced/grated
1tspginger grated
1scallionfinely diced
1tbspoil
1tbspsoy sauce
1tsptoasted sesame seed oil
1tbspSambal Oelek or Sirachha sauce
salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil or pan sear your dumpling, set them aside once its done cooking.
In a small bowl combine the ginger + garlic and scallions.
In a small pan heat up the oil and add it into the bowl with the ginger + garlic and scallions.
Into this bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame seed oil, salt + pepper and sambal oelek. Mix everything until its well combined and add in the dumpling. Enjoy!
Notes
I used Trader Joe's frozen dumplings but you can use your favorite dumplings of choice.
Garnish with additional sesame seeds, chopped chives or scallions and cilantro.
If you want to use this sauce for noodles, double the recipe and bring the sauce to a low simmer, add in the cooked noodles and enjoy!
