Ingredients

  • 6 carrots peeled washed and cut into pieces
  • 2 inch knob of ginger peeled washed and cut
  • 2 fuji apples washed and cut into slices

Instructions

  • Add the veggies and fruit into the blender in small batches, I usually start off with carrot, ginger and apple.
  • Store in a air tight jar and place in the fridge. Will be good up to 4-5 days.
