In a bowl using a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes, add all the spices and vegetables. Mix everything until it's well combined.
Form small burgers and place on a hot greased skillet, flip the burgers over after 2-3 mins, add some cheese and cover the pan with lid. Once cheese is melted, place the burgers on the bottom bun and add your toppings. Enjoy!

For this recipe I used all Libbys Vegetables, it was so easy to use already cooked veggies vs frozen and having to wait them to thaw. Libbys Veggies are not only ready to use but also very fresh and still have a crunch!
