Boil pasta accordingly to the instructions on the back of the package. Sliced the top of the garlic bulb and drizzle with olive oil and salt, wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 10 mins or until garlic is brown and roasted.
In a large sauce pan, heat up the butter and add the onions, cook for 2 mins. Next squeeze out the roasted garlic from the bulb and add to the pan.
Sprinkle in the flour and stir everything until the raw flour is completely cooked down. Add in the seasonings, milk and Parmesan Cheese. Stir everything together until you have a lump free sauce, add the broccoli, stir and cover the pan with a lid. Turn the heat down to the low and let sauce simmer for 4-6 mins.
Add the pasta to the sauce, grate more Parmesan Cheese on top and enjoy!
