Wash and slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds. Place the jalapeños in the air fryer for 5 mins on 350°F.
In a bowl mix cream cheese and all the spices and pimento cheese dip. Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, add Panko crumbs and dip each jalapeño upside in the bowl to fully cover it in bread crumbs.
Place in the air fryer basket and spray with a little cooking oil and air fry for 7 minutes at 400°F. Serve with ranch or any sauce of choice.
Notes
Pimento peppers are located in the condiments section of the grocery store, they come jarred.
You can use the extra filled for more jalapeños or use as a dip!
You can add scallions and other herbs like parsley and cilantro if you like.
Grilling these peppers are easy, just place them on the grill on med-high heat for 6-10 mins until peppers are a little charred and bread crumbs are brown and toasty.
