
SO many of you requested that I do a step by step recipe on my take of these yummy parmesan truffle fries! I must warn you, this recipe is not only SUPER easy, but healthy and freaking delicious. If you love truffle and fries (who doesn’t), this recipe is a must!
I made these fries as a side for my chicken shawarma, I ended up eating most of them before dinner was ready, luckily these were so quick and easy to make I was able to make another batch in no time. Just a heads up, DOUBLE UP this recipe when you make it, you’ll thank me later š

Parmesan Truffle Fries with Garlic Aioli
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
Parm truffle fries
- 2 large russet potatoes cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Aoili
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp truffle oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic grated or finely minced
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer at 380°F. Cut the potatoes into wedge and give them a good rinse.
- In a bowl add truffle oil, italian seasoning, salt pepper, parmesan, garlic powder and the potato wedges. Give everything a good toss and add more seasoning or oil if needed.
- In you air fryer basket or on baking pan, place the wedges and spread them out evenly as much as you can. DO NOT over crowd.
- Place in the air fyer for oven for 15 – 20 mins until potato is fully cooked.
- Once the fries are done, set them on a plate and serve with garlic aoili! Garnish with chopped parsley or basil for added flavor! Enjoy!
Garlic Aioli
- In a small bowl mix together the mayo, truffle oil, honey, garlic and salt + pepper.
