This Banana Caramel Cream Dessert is simply one of the most delicious desserts ever! Sweet, creamy, crunchy… this dessert has it all!

Thank you Karo® Syrup for sponsoring this post. Celebrate sweet moments together with Karo®!

Fall is here and many of you guys already know how much I love to make my salted caramel syrup! I use it on everything from iced coffee to my salted caramel Burfi when I make it for Diwali! This is one recipe I know y’all will love not only because it’s very simple and easy to make but also because it’s so damn delicious, you can seriously eat it out of the jar with a spoon by itself (don’t worry I won’t tell anyone). I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I do and most importantly have fun making it, because it’s finger-licking good!

I used Karo® Syrup for this foolproof recipe, it was smooth, gluten-free, and most importantly easy to work with! It really helps with the texture and consistency of the caramel without having to suffice for taste or flavor! I wanted to make something different this year and still be able to use my salted caramel syrup without feeling like I was spending my whole day in the kitchen! I made a quick little banana pie trifle, using banana pudding, whipped cream, and crushed-up vanilla wafers. I topped it off with my salted caramel! I had about 6 people come over and I was able to whip everything up within 30 minutes. The salted caramel stole the show that night and everyone went home with a jar full of it to use in their coffees, pies, and ice cream sundaes.

I used @achfoodservice Karo® Syrup because chefs rely on Karo® Syrup for its quality and consistent performance and so can you! It delivers a smooth amazing texture with a balanced sweetness that really lets the true flavors of other ingredients shine. Karo® Syrup is a versatile ingredient that perfects anything from delicious marshmallows, fudges, caramels, and pies, to sticky cinnamon rolls, sauces, and glazes. There are so many things you can make with Karo® Syrup for this holiday season, this sea salt caramel syrup was my favorite way of giving back to all my friends and family and also something I was able to make within minutes of my time in the kitchen.

Quick tip: Store the salted caramel in an airtight jar in the fridge, when ready to use, take it out of the fridge 5-10 minutes in advance or place it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Also with the holiday season coming up, you can make small jars of salted caramel syrup and place them in a basket with some apples, a small wooden board for cheeses and meats, and a bottle of their favorite wine, along with a nice decorative holiday tea towel. I have made small jars of this salted caramel and given them out to my neighbors and friends after we go apple picking, or even during Christmas because who doesn’t love extra caramel on the top of their pies or ice cream?

I used this sea salt caramel to drizzle on top of my banana cream pie. I made banana pudding and layered it with vanilla wafers and some whipped cream. Layer that in a glass cup or a trifle bowl, add sliced bananas and drizzle with caramel.
