Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/4 cup veggie broth
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce + sirracha
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar and brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced or grated
Veggies
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 carrots Julian
- 1 cup cabbage finely sliced
- 3 stalks of scallions cut into small pieces
Noodles of choice
- 1 (12oz) package of noodles
Instructions
Sauce
- Add all the ingredients listed under “sauce” into a bowl. Mix everything together until it’s well incorporated. Set aside until ready to use.
Noodles
- Boil and cook accordingly to package.
Veggies
- Into a pan, drizzle some oil and cook the onions and carrots on med/high heat 1-2 mins. Next add in the cabbage and cook for additional 1 min.
- Add the noodles into the pan with veggies, along with the sauce and mix everything together until its well incorporated.
- Add the scallions into the noodles and serve! Enjoy.
