Ingredients

- 1 loaf of Italian bread sliced in half
- 1 cup of pesto
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 3 cups of spinach finely chopped
- 6–8 slices of muenster cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lemon sliced into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 380F.
- Spread pesto on sliced bread and layer muenster cheese on top.
- Next add the chopped spinach, diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and bake for 10-12 mins. Until the cheese is nice and bubbly and brown.
- Squeeze some fresh lemon on top and enjoy!
Notes
- I did use hoagie sub rolls for this recipe but you can use larger sub roll as well.
- You can make this on sliced bread as well.
