Uno’s copycat recipe of the Tuscany bread, layers of pesto, muenster cheese, diced tomatoes and a generous squeeze of lemon.

I’m not quite sure how much of my age I’m giving up here but who remembers Uno’s Pizzeria ? Well for many who use to go there to get their famous deep dish pizza, this place was known for their appetizers, desserts and so much more.

I have some of the best memories of my dad taking us there to celebrate birthdays, graduation or sometimes just because since he knew how much we all loved the pizza and Tuscany bread!

This crispy Tuscan style garlic bread has a  generous layer of pesto and topped off with muenster cheese (a soft creamy nutty cheese that melts beautifully) & mozzarella. Topped it off with spinach + diced tomatoes and baked it till perfection!

P.S. don’t forget that fresh squeeze of lemon, makes world of a difference.
