- 1 Packet Hakka Noodles
- 1/2 small onion – sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper – sliced
- 1 carrot – thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup scallion – thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 cloves garlic – minced or grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sambal or sirracha sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
Instructions
- Boil hakka noodles according to direction, drain rinse and set aside.
- In a pan, heat up some oil and cook the onion, peppers, carrots and peas for 2-4 mins, add salt and pepper.
- Next add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, samba sesame seed oil and garlic. Mix everything together and toss in the noodles. Add the scallion and serve! Enjoy.
