- 2 Hashbrowns
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 green chili – minced
- 1 tbsp onion – minced
Instructions
- In the air fryer add the hash brown and air fry at 380F for 10 mins.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado add the seasonings, chopped onions, green chili and give everything a good mix.
- Assemble- Place the hash brown on a plate, add the smashed avocado and grate the boiled egg. Drizzle some hot honey and chili oil for additional heat.
Notes
- You can definitely add jalapeños and other veggies to the avocado mix.
- Boil the eggs day before to save you some time for the morning of.
- You can add everything but the bagel seasoning, garlic powder additional to the avocado mix.
