Spicy Avocado Hash Brown Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 Hashbrowns  
  • 1 boiled egg 
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning 
  • salt & pepper 
  • 1 tbsp cilantro 
  • 1 green chili – minced 
  • 1 tbsp onion – minced 

Instructions

  1. In the air fryer add the hash brown and air fry at 380F for 10 mins. 
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado add the seasonings, chopped onions, green chili and give everything a good mix.
  3. Assemble- Place the hash brown on a plate, add the smashed avocado and grate the boiled egg. Drizzle some hot honey and chili oil for additional heat. 

Notes

  • You can definitely add jalapeños and other veggies to the avocado mix. 
  • Boil the eggs day before to save you some time for the morning of. 
  • You can add everything but the bagel seasoning, garlic powder additional to the avocado mix.
