Sparkling Red Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 2 oz orange liqueur
  •  1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Into a pitcher add the sliced fruits along with bottle of wine and orange liqueur. Mix that together and set aside.
  2. Next into a sauce pan, combine water, sugar and cinnamon stick together and bring to a low simmer. Once the sugar is dissolved, let the mixture cool for 5-7 mins and add that into the pitcher.
  3. Mix everything together until it’s well combined and set the sangria in the fridge for 1 hour or over night for best results.
  4. Serve in a glass and top it off with sparkling water. Enjoy!
