Rosemary and Chipotle Holiday Mix

  • Author: Sweta Patel
  • Total Time: 30
  • Yield: 6 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 3 cups Chex mix
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp chipotle seasoning
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp finely minced rosemary
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the Rosemary Salt: In a small bowl, combine the rosemary and salt. Use your hands to mix thoroughly, releasing the natural oils from the rosemary for extra aroma.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, and chipotle seasoning.
  3. Combine the Mix: Add the mixed nuts, mini pretzels, and Chex mix to the bowl. Toss everything until evenly coated.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 330°F for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even baking.
  5. Season and Cool: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the hot nut mix with the rosemary salt. Let it cool completely before serving or packaging.
