So I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who doesn’t like garlic bread, or any variations of it including this one. Hatch chili roasted garlic bread is honestly my new favorite type of garlic bread! The roasted garlic is nutty and definitely adds creaminess to the bread and butter mixture, along with the hatch chili seasoning that incorporates smokiness and had a nice kick to it!

I did use trader joes hatch chili seasoning and if you don’t have access to it, don’t worry you can add hatch chilis to the garlic butter mixture, read my notes below for helpful suggestions on which bread of hatch chilis to purchase.
