- 12 jalapenos
- 6oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp pimento cheese dip *See notes °
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions

Wash and slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds. Place the jalapeños in the air fryer for 5 mins on 350°F.

In a bowl mix cream cheese and all the spices and pimento cheese dip. Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture.

In a separate bowl, add Panko crumbs and dip each jalapeño upside in the bowl to fully cover it in bread crumbs.

Place in the air fryer basket and spray with a little cooking oil and air fry for 7 minutes at 400°F. Serve with ranch or any sauce of choice.
Notes
- Pimento peppers are located in the condiments section of the grocery store, they come jarred.
- You can use the extra filled for more jalapeños or use as a dip!
- You can add scallions and other herbs like parsley and cilantro if you like.
- Grilling these peppers are easy, just place them on the grill on med-high heat for 6-10 mins until peppers are a little charred and bread crumbs are brown and toasty.
