Description
Okay so If you’re anything like my self and LOVE coffee, especially now during quarantine, then I’m 1000% sure you’re going to love this mint mojito iced coffee! Don’t be fooled by the title, there is no alcohol in this coffee, not the one I’ve made or the one that they sell at philz coffee shops.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp raw cane sugar or granulated +/- sugar to taste
- 8–10 leaves mint
- 8oz freshly brewed coffee
- milk or cream of choice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
-
Take a cup and add the mint leaves and sugar. Muddle them together until the leaves start to bruise and fall apart.
-
Add your hot coffee into the muddled sugar and mint mixture, stir everything until sugar is dissovled.
-
Let your coffee cool down for 5-10 mins or pop it in the freezer for a couple of mins. Once the coffee is cooled, strain the coffee into a cup with ice and add cream or milk or choice, stir garnish with more mint leaves and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe makes one serving, please double or triple for the amount you need.
- For hot coffee, simply strain the coffee after the sugar has melted and add your cream or milk of choice and serve.
- Swap milk/ cream with oat milk, coconut or almond milk.
- You can froth your milk/cream and add this to your coffee.
