Ingredients

- 1 onion – diced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Italian Bomba hot pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Truff – Black truffle pomodoro sauce
- 1/2 box penne – cooked to al dente
Instructions
- In a sauce pan melt the butter on med high heat. Add the onions and cook for 2 mins, followed by adding the Trader Joe’s Italian Bomba hot pepper sauce.
- Sprinkle in the flour and stir everything together until flour is cooked and you no longer see raw flour. Add the milk along with the parmesan cheese and bring to a low simmer. The sauce will start to thicken up and lower the heat.
- Next add the Black truffle pomodoro sauce and salt to taste. Mix the sauce together and add the cooked pasta. Stir everything together and garnish with additional parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
