- 1 loaf of French or Italian bread
- Garlic butter
- Marinara sauce of choice – I used Rao’s
- Shredded Coby jack and mozzarella cheese
- Sliced veggies of choice for your toppings
- 2 cups paneer – cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp dried fenugreek
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom half. Spread the garlic butter and place in the air fryer at 380F for 4 mins, or until nice and golden brown.
- Next in a bowl, combine cubed paneer with oil and all the spices listed in ingredients. Mix until well combined and all the paneer is coated in those spices.
- In a hot pan, drizzle some oil and cook the paneer until it’s nice a golden brown. Take it off the heat and set aside.
- Add a good layer of marinara sauce to the bread, along with your toppings of choice, cooked paneer tikka and cheese!
- Pop it back in the air fryer for 4-6 mins at 380F, or until cheese is nice and bubbly. Drizzle with hot chili oil and garnish with cilantro, enjoy!
