- 1 package pillsbury puff pastry
- 1/4 cup each: walnuts, pistachios, pecans
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/3 cup nutella
- Pistachio spread
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Into a food processor add walnuts, pistachios, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg, pulse a couple times until everything is finely ground.
- Roll out the first sheet of puff pastry and spread on that Nutella, followed by a generous sprinkle of the ground nut mixture.
- Layer on the 2nd sheet of puff pastry and cut into strips. ( I had 12 strips) Twist and roll and tuck the ends into the middle.
- Bake for 12-15 mins and let it cool before drizzling on the pistachio spread and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
