In a bowl using a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes, add all the spices and vegetables. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
Mix in the bread crumbs and form small burgers and place on a hot greased skillet, flip the burgers over after 2-3 mins, add some cheese and cover the pan with lid. Once cheese is melted, place the burgers on the bottom bun and add your toppings. Enjoy!

You can but make sure to spray them with a little bit of cooking oil on both sides so they get a nice char.
