3 tsp each: turmeric, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander and salt
2 cloves grated garlic
1/4 cup – finely chopped cilantro
Instructions
Boil the rice accordingly to package instructions.
Into a large pot add oil and heat on medium high heat. Proceed to add the cumin seeds, bay leaf and dried red chiles. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
