Spicy Manchurian sliders are going to be the most popular fusion recipe you make this summer!

Crispy veggie Manchurian filling, formed into a patty and fried till golden perfection sandwiched with spicy cheese, tangy coleslaw and topped off with a toasty bun! This recipe doesn’t require much work and it’s definitely not a labor or love type, even though making Manchurian can be daunting.

From what I know, veggie manchurian is a fun appetizer to enjoy but honestly took way to look to make or just required a ton of time and ingredients which no one had. With a few of my shortcuts, this recipe is easier to whip up than a making a Gujurati thali.

A few shorts I like to take for the recipe requires a not too expensive but useful kitchen gadget! You guys have seen my use my handy dandy cheese grate I got off amazon (linked below) but it comes with 3 different types of grater and I like to use it to grate my carrots, cabbage and cauliflower. It seriously makes the finely chopping part such a breeze!

Coleslaw is always best when it’s made in advance because all the flavors soak up and the cabbage has a more tender texture. You can definitely make the coleslaw the day or night before and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Even though the slaw is creamy, I do believe every slider or sandwich needs a good sauce or condiment! I used my halal guys white sauce for this recipe, and it’s definitely optional so you can even serve it on the side and dip your slider into it! Another favorite sauce I recommend is a smoky charred jalapeño sauce!

If you do want to make these in advance I suggest you make the Manchurian patties and fry them the day before. Let me cool down before storing them in an airtight container in the fridge. I would also make the coleslaw and white sauce as well and store in the fridge. The day of you can pop the slider patties into the air fryer and assemble as needed.
