Ingredients
Scale
- 2 shots of espresso
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean syrup or vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
- Milk of choice (I used Oat, but you can any)
Instructions
- In a coffee cup, add brown sugar, ground cinnamon and vanilla syrup. Brew the espresso into this cup and mix until sugar is dissolved and everything is well combined.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, add the espresso and shake for 15-20 seconds, until it gets nice and frothy.
- Pour over ice and add milk, mix and enjoy!
Notes
- Instead of adding ice and watering down the espresso before you shake it, add a little splash of milk instead.
