High Protein Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maple Hill Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place the pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  6. Once baked, brush the bites with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
