Ingredients
- 2 cups Maple Hill Greek yogurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
- Place the pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Once baked, brush the bites with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
