- (1) – 32 oz honey
- 4 dried habanero peppers
- 2 dried ghost pepper
- 1/4 cup red chili
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add honey into a pot over low heat. Add the vinegar and all the chilies along with salt.
- Stir on low heat for 10-15 mins. Do not let this boil or simmer.
- Turn heat off and transfer into a container and let it sit overnight room tempt.
- Strain the honey and pour into bottles. *Optional you can add some of the chilies into the bottles for extra heat.
Notes
- I like to roughly chop the chiles into smaller pieces so the flavors release.
