- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp ground cardamon
- 1/2 tsp saffron
- 10–15 gulab jamuns
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix the milk and sweetened condensed milk together and set aside.
- Using a handheld mixture, add the heavy whipping cream to a bowl and whip until you have stiff peaks.
- Slowly add the milk and sweetened condensed mixture into the heavy whipping cream and fold it in.
- Add some chopped up gulab jamun and reserve the rest for the top. In a bread loaf pan add half of the gelato mixture to the pan and add some gulab jamun, add the remaining gelato mixture on top and garnish with additional gulab jamun.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap, freeze for 6hrs or overnight for best results.
