Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white
Toppings
- everything bagel seasoning
- asiago cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine flour baking soda, baking powder and greek yogurt. Mix everything together, lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll into a ball. Create a hole and stretch until it starts to look like a bagel. Brush with the egg white and sprinkle on the cheese and everything bagel seasoning.

Bake for 15-18 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
Notes
- If you don’t have baking soda you can double up on the baking powder or vise versa.
- Only use greek yogurt, regular yogurt will not work for this recipe.
- You can use full fat or low fat greek yogurt.
- If you want a egg free recipe, omit the last step of brushing on the egg whites and brush with melted butter.
- Sub all purpose flour with equal amounts of GF or whole wheat flour.
