- 1 head of Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 of Ice berg lettuce
- 1 large cucumber – diced
- 1/2 red onion – thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes – cut in halves
- 1/4 cup Castelvetrano Italian Green Olives – chopped
- 1 avocado – diced
- 1/2 lemon
- Parmigiana cheese
- 2 tsp Calabrian chili paste
- 2 tbsp Briannas garlic vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Garlic bread crotons – crushed
- Spice Pecans – roughly chopped
Instructions
- Into a large bowl add all the veggies.
- Into a small bowl combine both the dressings and Calabrian chili paste.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, squeeze half the lemon, grate the parmesan cheese and give everything a good toss.
- Add the chopped pecans and breadcrumbs on top and enjoy!
Notes
- If serving for a large crowd, mix everything together and serve dressing on the side.
