- 1/3 cup melted white chocolate
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/3 warm water
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup creamer of choice
- 1.5 tsp pistachio syrup
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ice
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler method or in microwave, make sure to stir every 30 seconds because the microwave can burn the chocolate fast.
- Coat the inside of the plastic glass with the melted chocolate and place in freezer for 10 mins.
- In the meantime add matcha into a bowl along with the water and whisk in Z and M shape motions to get the matcha really frothy. Add the maple syrup for sweetness and froth a few more times.
- Into a small cup froth the creamer and pistachio syrup until it’s nice and frothy.
- Remove cup from freezer, add ice, milk of choice, matcha and the pistachio cold foam. Enjoy!
