Crackling Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted white chocolate
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/3 warm water
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup creamer of choice
  • 1.5 tsp pistachio syrup
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler method or in microwave, make sure to stir every 30 seconds because the microwave can burn the chocolate fast.
  2. Coat the inside of the plastic glass with the melted chocolate and place in freezer for 10 mins.
  3. In the meantime add matcha into a bowl along with the water and whisk in Z and M shape motions to get the matcha really frothy. Add the maple syrup for sweetness and froth a few more times.
  4. Into a small cup froth the creamer and pistachio syrup until it’s nice and frothy.
  5. Remove cup from freezer, add ice, milk of choice, matcha and the pistachio cold foam. Enjoy!
