- 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup hot pickled jalapeño chiles, drained, plus 2 tablespoon liquid from jar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3–4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- tortilla chips, fresh jalapeño slices, pickled jalapeño slices, for serving
Instructions
- Add cilantro, pickled jalapeños, and pickled jalapeno juice in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped, about 6-8 pulses, scraping down sides of bowl if needed.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, ranch seasoning and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips, fresh jalapeño slices!
