Chuys Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup hot pickled jalapeño chiles, drained, plus 2 tablespoon liquid from jar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 34 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • tortilla chips, fresh jalapeño slices, pickled jalapeño slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, pickled jalapeños, and pickled jalapeno juice in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped, about 6-8 pulses, scraping down sides of bowl if needed.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, ranch seasoning and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips, fresh jalapeño slices!
