Ingredients

- 1 packet of thin spaghetti 1lb cooked and drained (I only used half the box for this recipe 1/2 lb)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 dried chilies
- 1 carrot – sliced
- 1 onion – sliced
- 1 bell pepper – sliced
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp each (salt+ pepper)
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp thana jeeru (ground coriander + cumin)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili crunch (from trader joes or momofuku)
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp sambal or chili sauce
Instructions
- In a large wok or pan, heat up some oil on med/high heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and dried red chilies. Cook for 1-2 mins.
- Next add the veggies – onions, peppers, carrots and peas. cook for 2-3 mins and add in all your dry spices.
- Next add in the cooked noodles and all the sauces. Turn the heat off and garnish with scallions. Enjoy!
