Serrano Ranch
- 1 12fl oz Brianna’s Home Style Classic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 2 serrano peppers roughly chopped
Chicken tostadas
- 1 tbsp oil I use avocado oil
- 1 16oz ground chicken 1lb
- 1&½ tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
Assembly + Toppings
- tostadas
- shredded ice burg lettuce, diced tomatoes + onions & jalapeños. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Serrano Ranch

In a food processor or blender, add the whole bottle ranch dressing and the roughly chopped Serranos. Blend until you have a fine consistency and set aside.
Chicken tostadas

In a pan, add oil and heat up pan on med/high heat. Add the ground chicken OR tofu. Next add all of the seasonings, using a fork or wooden spoon, break up the ground meat and cook for 7-10 mins on med heat.
Assemble the Tostadas

Place the tostadas in the air fryer at 400°F for 3-4 mins until there nice and toasty. Place a nice layer of ground meat, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and shredded cheese. Drizzle on the Serrano ranch and enjoy!
Notes
- This is the ranch dressing I used for this recipe, but you can use your favorite ranch.
- If Serrano peppers are too spicy for you, replace with 1 Jalapeño.
- Store the ranch in a air right jar in the fridge, will last up to 2 weeks.
