These boozy pineapple watermelon popsicle’s are so refreshing and perfect for these hot summer days! I added these popsicles to glass of champagne to give it some extra flavor, but feel free to eat them alone as well.

You can make these non alcoholic, just omit the alcoholic and add the juice into the molds and freeze! I did a popsicle mold for this recipe (linked below) and it was so easy, and not to mention dishwasher safe, so clean up was a breeze!

Description

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle mold

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups watermelon diced or cubed
  • 2 cups pineapple diced or cubed
  • 4oz tequila or vodka of choice

Instructions

  • Add cubed watermelon and pineapple to the blender, blend until everything is almost juice like consistency.

*You can strain for a pulp free juice.

  • Into the blender add the tequila and blend for a couple seconds one last time.
  • Fill up the popsicle molds with the mixture and place in the freezer for 6hr or best over night. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Straining the juice will make a difference because once the mixture starts to harden the pulp will sink to the bottom of the mold.
  • Feel free to add any alcohol to this mixture or omit it for non alcoholic version.
  • You can also drink the juice as is, and it’s delicious.
